<p><strong>Right to Care is recruiting Data Capturers </strong></p>
<p><strong>Capturing of HIV patient data</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Capture all relevant patient data on site on the LYNX APP</strong></li>
<li><strong>Reach daily targets for number of files captured and/or updated, as agreed upon with Line</strong></li>
<li><strong>Managers.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Record stats relating to daily work performance (&#8216;data entry stats&#8217;), to enable line manager to manage the employee&#8217;s work performance.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Respect patient confidentiality at all times.</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cleaning of HIV patient data</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Compile daily Blitz Reports.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Assist with data cleaning whenever required.</strong></li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Ongoing skills development</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Take responsibility for own professional growth and development.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Obtain guidance from supervisors / managers in case of uncertainty about patient data entry or other</strong></li>
<li><strong>issues.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Attend compulsory in-house trainings to maintain and increase professional knowledge and skills.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Identify and attend further trainings, as relevant to the job, to maintain and increase professional knowledge and skills.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Collaborate with data team in compiling reports (e.g. PEPFAR reports and DoH reports, on VCT, TB, PMTCT, Care, ART, etc.)</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>System Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>As and when requested by Right to Care line manager or Right to Care Team Leader. Common examples (for illustrative purposes only)</strong></li>
<li><strong>Assist M&;E officer &; Senior data capturer with most essential duties during periods of leave, where this does not interfere with regular</strong></li>
<li><strong>Assist clerks during unexpected staff shortages forbrief periods of time.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Assist with DM duties during unexpected long absence of DM during reporting deadlines.</strong></li>

<li><strong>Post-matric certificate in computer literacy Including Excel, OR equivalent experience,</strong></li>
<li><strong>Basic knowledge of HIV/AIDS</strong></li>
<li><strong>1-year experience in data capturing</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Desirable Qualifications and Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Post-matric diploma in computer literacy Including Excel, OR equivalent experience</strong></li>
<li><strong>2 years’ experience in data capturing</strong></li>
</ul>
