<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<p><strong>Minimum qualifications: Grade 10 / ABET Level 4 certificate or above (original certified school report/transcript, not older than 6 months).</strong><br />
<strong>Twelve (12) months proven experience in a formal clinical or hospital environment will be an added advantage.</strong><br />
<strong>EPWP candidates with recent hospital/clinical cleaning experience will have an advantage (attach service certificate as proof of employment from the company listed on CV).</strong><br />
<strong>EPWP candidates must include a recent stamped and signed motivation from their immediate supervisor as proof of program participation.</strong><br />
<strong>Ability to work in a team environment, under pressure, and meet deadlines.</strong><br />
<strong>Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles.</strong><br />
<strong>Willingness to work shift work, including weekends and public holidays, when requested.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Duties</strong></p>
<p><strong>Perform cleaning services as per work schedule using a variety of heavy cleaning equipment and chemicals.</strong><br />
<strong>Clean clinical and non-clinical areas within the hospital.</strong><br />
<strong>Conduct terminal cleaning of infectious areas.</strong><br />
<strong>Strip and seal vinyl floors, scrub tiled floors, and vacuum carpet floors.</strong><br />
<strong>Clean windows, walls, door frames, and handles.</strong><br />
<strong>Clean bathrooms and toilets.</strong><br />
<strong>Remove general waste in designated areas.</strong><br />
<strong>Perform any other cleaning activities as directed by team leader/supervisor.</strong><br />
<strong>Cope with physical demands of the work individually or in a team.</strong><br />
<strong>Be prepared to rotate to different areas in the hospital.</strong></p>
