<p><strong>We are currently seeking young motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Learnership Security Officers. This learnership program is designed to provide training and hands-on experience in the field of security, including monitoring and patrolling premises, ensuring the safety of employees and visitors, and responding to security incidents.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p><strong>&#8211; Monitor security cameras and alarms to identify any suspicious activity</strong></p>
<p><strong>&#8211; Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises</strong></p>
<p><strong>&#8211; Report any security breaches or incidents to the appropriate authorities</strong></p>
<p><strong>&#8211; Provide assistance and support to employees and visitors in need of help</strong></p>
<p><strong>&#8211; Complete all required training and coursework as part of the learnership program</strong></p>
<p><strong>&#8211; Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment</strong></p>

<p><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></p>
<p><strong>&#8211; Minimum Psira certificate grade C</strong></p>
<p><strong>&#8211; Minimum Grade 10</strong></p>
<p><strong>&#8211; Should have previously contributed to UIF</strong></p>
<p><strong>&#8211; Youth will be prioritized </strong></p>
<p><strong>&#8211; Strong communication and interpersonal skills</strong></p>
<p><strong>&#8211; Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations calmly</strong></p>
<p><strong>&#8211; Willingness to learn and participate in a structured training program</strong></p>
<p><strong>&#8211; Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility</strong></p>
<p><strong>&#8211; Must be able to pass a background check and drug test</strong></p>
