<li>Maintain online files, including scanning and document management</li>

<h3>Social Media and Marketing Support</h3>

<li>Design promotional materials for webinars, workshops, and events</li>
<li>Assist with posting content on social media platforms</li>
<li>Run email marketing campaigns</li>
<li>Create forms and assist with participant registrations</li>
<li>Develop basic video content for projects and events</li>
<li>Respond to comments and enquiries on social media</li>
<li>Help organise logistics for webinars, meetings, and workshops</li>

<h2>Minimum Requirements</h2>
<p>To qualify for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:</p>

<li>Grade 12 (NQF Level 4)</li>
<li>At least 2 years’ experience working in a medical practice</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience using ZOHO e-file management system (at least 1 year)</li>
