<p>Requirements :</p>
<p>Minimum of grade 10 or equivalent.</p>
<p>Grade D/C and above</p>
<p>Security certificate with valid PSIRA registration.</p>
<p>Understanding of the National Core Standards and Batho Pele principles.</p>
<p>Duties :</p>
<p>Ensure that the external security conduct the hourly patrols and report relevant incidences. Attending to the CCTV camera and report any suspicious moves around the hospital. Be able to view and save footage from the CCTV camera. Ensure safety and security of patients, staff and assets. Identify and report suspicious conduct. Ensure that unauthorized person and object do not enter the premises. Report missing or stolen equipment. Conduct patrols around the perimeter fence. Ensure that the exit points are locked after hours. Comply with the legislative prescripts of the department of health.</p>
