<p>Introduction<br />
Applications are invited for the position of Receptionist based at the Aviation Training Academy (ATA). The successful applicant will be reporting to the Manager: Client Relations. The candidate will be responsible for arranging, recording and controlling the support activities of the ATA.</p>

<p>Job description</p>
<p>Major Activities<br />
Provide outstanding first impressions to callers.<br />
Answer promptly with etiquette throughout.<br />
Maintain logbook for reception extension.<br />
Update academy telephone extension list.<br />
Attend to internal and external customer/suppliers immediately.<br />
Create customer and user friendly reception area.<br />
Maintain the visitors book.<br />
Ensure executive parking is available when needed.<br />
Receive, collect and sort incoming and outgoing mail.<br />
Complete all information on the courier documents.<br />
Manage waybill numbers and correct account directions.</p>

<p>Minimum requirements<br />
Minimum Qualifications<br />
Grade 12</p>
<p> ;</p>
<p>Minimum Experience<br />
1 year experience as a Receptionist or in an admin role.<br />
Conversant with Microsoft Office applications.</p>
