• Manage caller anxiety and stress.<br />
• Interrogate the call and assess the nature and priority of the case.<br />
• Dispatch the relevant emergency resources via radio as required.<br />
• Monitor and control the progress of all emergency incidents.<br />
• Maintain order and hygiene in control room.</p>
