<h2><b>PSIRA is looking for Queue Marshalls </b></h2>
<p><b>Salary R 8 544.00 per month</b></p>
<p>Requirements: Grade 12 Certificate</p>
<p>Grade C PSiRA certificate coupled with 6 months experience in Security environment.</p>
<p>Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and applicable knowledge and experience on the Job may be considered during the selection process.</p>
<p>Essential criteria: Ideal candidate should have customer relation skills</p>
<p>â Interpersonal and organizational skills</p>
<p>â Communication skills both verbal and in writing are essential</p>
<p>â Office administration skills</p>
<p>â willing to work overtime</p>
<p>â People orientated</p>
<p>â Computer Literacy.</p>
<p>Key Performance Areas:</p>
<p>Control and Maintain order in waiting areas.</p>
<p>Assist to screen Clients in the waiting areas.</p>
<p>Direct clients to appropriate areas.</p>
<p>Welcome Clients and visitors.</p>
<p>Be able to give advises to waiting Clients.</p>
<p>Provide clean cups for water.</p>
<p>Check environment for broken equipment.</p>
<p>Oversee/mend helpdesk and handle relevant queries and complaints.</p>
<p>Performing of any other duties as delegated by supervisor.</p>
