Application related enquiries&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The Call Centre’s primary responsibility is to provide written and telephonic assistance for all student related general enquiries&period; The staff are expected to interact with students&comma; to provide and process information&comma; in response to a range of enquiries e&period;g&period; Closing dates&comma; bursary and residence applications&comma; graduation dates&comma; course changes&comma; and publication dates of exams&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The roles require staff with exceptional &OpenCurlyQuote;people skills’&comma; outstanding customer focused ethos&comma; and the ability to share and gather considerable knowledge&sol;information related to student life at the University&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The Call Centre agent will provide a service by handling first line enquiries and resolving problems on student related matters and escalating calls only when matters require&comma; specialised information&period; The agents will be expected to provide information to all applicants and students in line with standards and protocols of the call centre&period; They will need to communicate clearly&comma; concisely and professionally and utilise listening skills to identify problems and will maintain accurate records logged on the data base&period; Call Centre experience would be advantageous&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Brief Description<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Requirements&colon;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&CenterDot; Strong student centred&comma; service orientated<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&CenterDot; An excellent command of the English language &lpar;both written and verbal&rpar;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&CenterDot; Excellent telephone manner and good typing skills<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&CenterDot; The ability to cope and work under pressure<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&CenterDot; Team player<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&CenterDot; At least one year’s experience in a related field &lpar;e&period;g&period; Call Centre &sol;Public Relations&rpar;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Qualifications&colon;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&CenterDot;
