<p>QUALIFICATION:</p>
<p>Grade 12 and Bronze Medal in Life Saving and First Aid Certificate</p>

<p>EXPERIENCE:</p>
<p>1-2 Years Life Saving experience</p>
<p>Previous Supervisory experience will be an added advantage</p>

<p>KEY PERFORMANCE AREARS:</p>
<ul>
<li>Supervise and control entrance fees and tickets/coupons</li>
<li>Ensure continuous entrance control to the swimming pool</li>
<li>Apply first aid lifesaving procedures on swimming pool users</li>
<li>Prevent unlawful or untruly behavior, theft and misuse of alcohol on the premises</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ensure effective functioning of pool filtration and pump systems</li>
<li>Responsible for opening and closing of premises</li>
</ul>

<p>Qualifications</p>
<ul>

<li>Apply first aid/ life saving procedures on swimming pool users</li>
<li>Prevent Unlawful / unruly behavior, theft and misuse of alcohol on the premises</li>
<li>Testing and dosing of swimming pool water</li>
<li>Reporting any defects and problems to the swimming pool supervisor</li>
<li>Responsible for opening and closing of premises</li>

<li>6 to 9 months working experience</li>
<li>Must be able to read and write</li>

<li>Collect admission tickets from the public as issued by the cashier</li>
<li>Ensure effective access control to the premises</li>
<li>Conduct random control checks of the change rooms and toilets</li>

<ul>
<li>Minimum 6 months experience in receiving and handling cash</li>
<li>Must be able to read and write</li>
<li>Good communication skills in working with the public</li>
</ul>

<p>Key Performance Areas</p>
<ul>
<li>Issue correct admin tickets to members of the public</li>
<li>Count and balance monies received at the end of each working shift</li>
<li>Check monies received against ticket issued</li>
<li>Record monies received in cash register and in bank depositing book</li>
</ul>
