<p>Role title: Sinako Learnership for people with Disabilities<br />

Location: Netcare Olivedale Hospital<br />
Reporting structure: Reception Manager</p>

<p>Business Administration Services (NQF level 4) learnership opportunity for people with disabilities.<br />
This learnership is for an individual who wishes to be involved in the administration function within any industry. All learners will be exposed to the following during the vocational programme:</p>
<p>Management of records,<br />
Comprehension of written and verbal texts,<br />
Business writing,<br />
Problem solving, Ethics,<br />
Cultural awareness,<br />
Self-management and self-development,<br />
Project teamwork,<br />
Business policies and procedures.</p>
<p>This learnership is intended to enhance the provision of service within the field of Administration within all business sectors.</p>
<p> ;</p>
<p>Applications will only be considered for:<br />
South African citizens in possession of a valid SA ID book,<br />
Classified as South African Youth i.e. not older than 35 years old,<br />
Confirmed as a person with disabilities by a medical practitioner.</p>
<p> ;</p>
<p>Key work output and accountabilities</p>
<p>Filing and posting of documents.<br />
Keep record of all files in the department.<br />
Update list of files being sent to Archives.</p>
<p> ;</p>
<p>Ensuring that all files that are requested for and removed and signed for.<br />
Print Post Book and letters after each day end.<br />
Distribute letters to various Departmental Employees.</p>
<p> ;</p>
<p>Make copies of records requested.<br />
Education of the various departments within the Hospital and understanding each role of that department<br />
Handling of basic enquiries face to face / walk-ins and taking messages for Senior Management<br />
Completion of daily checklist within the department<br />
Performs general administration duties from time to time<br />
Performing any reasonable request, that is over and above the listed Specifications.<br />
Assume responsibility for own personal and professional development<br />
Keep up to date with Netcare’s evolving policies and procedures</p>

<p>Skills profile<br />
Education</p>
<p>Grade 11 (or related NQF level 3 qualification),<br />
Grade 12 (or related NQF level 4 qualification) will be preferred,<br />
Maths Literacy<br />
English and a second language<br />
Work experience</p>
