<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS :</strong></p>

<li>National Senior Certificate/ relevant equivalent qualification.</li>
<li>Computer literacy.</li>
<li>No experience required.</li>
</ul>

<p>Competencies:</p>
<ul>
<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles.</li>
<li>Knowledge of BAS and PERSAL systems.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>DUTIES :</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Obtain and arrange invoices for payments.</li>
<li>Match invoices with GRVs and properly file documents for audit purpose (recordkeeping).</li>
<li>Check all payment transactions for current status.</li>
<li>Compile the budget procurement plan and ensure cash flow management.</li>
