<p>To action incoming or outgoing customer calls, electronic communications and queries as per agreed standard operating procedures to ensure customer needs and business objectives are met</p>

<p><b>Are you someone who can:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in a call Centre environment</li>
<li>Has experience in Long term insurance customer service</li>
<li>Experience in assisting clients via email or telephone whereby the customer will give you a clear instruction on what and how they need to amend their current policy</li>
</ul>
<p><b>You will be an ideal candidate if you:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Have at least 1-3 years&#8217; experience in a long-term insurance call center environment</li>
<li>Has a matric certificate or an equivalent <span>qualification/certificate</span></li>
</ul>
