<ul>
<li>The selected candidate must be able to Recruit individuals for open positions within the organization and complete the necessary steps to screen them for hiring.</li>
<li>Must ensure a safe workplace, oversee and conduct safety training</li>
<li>Manage workplace injury logs and reporting and handle any worker’s compensation needs that may arise</li>
<li>Manage Employee relations</li>
<li>Verify employee hours and process their paychecks according to the company’s pay schedule</li>
<li>Approve compensation and benefit packages for employees</li>
<li>Ensuring that the organization complies with all applicable labor regulations and laws.</li>
<li>Develop successful training and development programmes</li>
</ul>
