To provide a professional and competent reception service by receiving all walk-in customers&comma; incoming calls and suppliers in order to enhance the overall image of Prasa Cres and to create a positive perception by the general public&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>OUTPUTS&colon; <&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Ensure reception area is neat &amp&semi; presentable and creates a positive first impression of Prasa Cres&period;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>• Ensure reception area is always managed during office hours&period;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>• Keep an updated internal extension list&period;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>• Answer and transfer all calls to relevant staff&period;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>• Ensure messages are recorded immediately and brought to the attention of the person for whom they are left for&period;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>• Maintain and update telephone and staff location lists&period;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>• Manage own Performance and Development&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>KNOWLEDGE&comma;
