<p><strong>DEPARTMENTAL MISSION: To provide a professional and competent reception service by receiving all walk-in customers, incoming calls and suppliers in order to enhance the overall image of Prasa Cres and to create a positive perception by the general public.</strong></p>
<p><strong>OUTPUTS: </strong></p>
<p><strong>• Ensure reception area is neat &; presentable and creates a positive first impression of Prasa Cres.</strong><br />
<strong>• Ensure reception area is always managed during office hours.</strong><br />
<strong>• Keep an updated internal extension list.</strong><br />
<strong>• Answer and transfer all calls to relevant staff.</strong><br />
<strong>• Ensure messages are recorded immediately and brought to the attention of the person for whom they are left for.</strong><br />
<strong>• Maintain and update telephone and staff location lists.</strong><br />
<strong>• Manage own Performance and Development.</strong></p>

<strong>• 3 years’ experience as a Receptionist and Switchboard</strong><br />
<strong>operator.</strong></p>
