<strong>Vacancy: Filing Clerk</strong></p>
<p><strong>Department: Filing Department</strong></p>
<p><strong>Location: Cape Town</strong></p>
<p><strong>Reporting to: Regional Admin Manager</strong></p>

<p><strong>Main Duties: </strong></p>
<p><strong>• Knowledge of Citrix </strong></p>
<p><strong>• Administration Skills </strong></p>
<p><strong>• Sorting of files in Alphanumeric and interfiling on a daily basis </strong></p>
<p><strong>• Preparing cancelled files / bulk filing for storage </strong></p>
<p><strong>• Check daily file request and respond to all e-mails </strong></p>
<p><strong>• Provide feedback on the status of requested files </strong></p>
<p><strong>• Scanning of new and existing files </strong></p>
<p><strong>• Updating filing Excel spreadsheet daily </strong></p>
<p><strong>• Providing telephonic assistance </strong></p>
<p><strong>• Requesting files from external resources </strong></p>
<p><strong>• Keeping record of all requested / send files </strong></p>
<p><strong>• Ordering of boxes from Metro File </strong></p>
<p><strong>• Ensure policies and procedures are followed </strong></p>
<p><strong>• Ad hoc duties as required by management</strong></p>

<p><strong>Requirements: • Matric </strong></p>
<p><strong>• Minimum 1-year administration experience essential </strong></p>
<p><strong>• Admin / Filing experience </strong></p>
<p><strong>• Computer Literate (listener) </strong></p>
<p><strong>• Good alphanumeric </strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Skills Other Attributes: </strong></p>
<p><strong>• Verbal &; written communication skills </strong></p>
<p><strong>• Computer literate </strong></p>
<p><strong>• Solid attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information </strong></p>
<p><strong>• Excellent Time Management </strong></p>
<p><strong>• Must be able to multi-task </strong></p>
<p><strong>• Proven ability to work under pressure </strong></p>
