<p><strong>A total of 45 sales learners are required at PepsiCo at various locations across South Africa. This is a structured learning programme that blends theoretical knowledge with practical exposure to the job, all over a period of 12 months.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Upon successfully completing the programme, learners will be equipped with sales and negotiation skills, as well as a solid understanding of principles of marketing and brand management.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Other competencies to gain from the Learnership include handling customer complaints, compliance and legislation regulations, customer satisfaction, product promotion techniques and many other skills.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Overall, this Learnership will equip you with 139 credits, a solid foundation for your future career in the industry.</strong></p>

<strong>code 8 or 10 manual driver’s license</strong><br />
<strong>certified copies of all certificates</strong><br />
<strong>a 3-year national diploma or degree in Sales or Marketing</strong><br />
<strong>able to drive a Crafter</strong><br />
<strong>possesses an active back account and SARS number</strong><br />
<strong>No previous job experience required</strong><br />
