<p>What are we looking for?<br />
We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:</p>
<p>Valid Code 10 driver’s licence with PDP.<br />
Minimum three years’ experience in a similar position.<br />
Presentable with good communication skills.<br />
A clear criminal record.</p>

<p>The responsibilites are:</p>
<p>General Maintenance and facility support</p>
<p>Receive requests for maintenance of facilities.<br />
Check facilities daily to check that everything is working and maintained.<br />
Complete any facilities or maintenance required such as plumbing.<br />
Make facilities manager aware of any repairs required.<br />
Complete all general maintenance across the facility.<br />
Check maintenance consumables and advise facilities manager of requirements.<br />
Store and maintain tools for maintenance.<br />
Provide general support on security and access control across the facilities.<br />
Provides general support on traffic management.</p>

<p>Garden Maintenance</p>
<p>Review daily work roster for required duties.<br />
Maintenance grass and flower beds.<br />
Cleaning and maintaining the garden across the facility.<br />
Advise the facilities manager of requirements in the garden.<br />
Check gardening consumables and advise facilities manager of requirements.<br />
Store and maintain tools for gardening.<br />
Personal commitment to education and a willingness to contribute to the values and ethos of the school.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will start as soon as possible.</p>
