<p class=""><strong>SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>

<li>
<p class=""><strong>Tertiary Qualification in HR Management</strong></p>
</li>
<li>
<p class=""><strong>Valid driver’s license </strong></p>
</li>
</ul>
<p> ;</p>
<p class=""><strong>EXPERIENCE</strong></p>
<ul data-rte-list="default">
<li>
<p class=""><strong>Must have at least 5 years proven experience in HR, in the mining environment</strong></p>
</li>
<li>
<p class=""><strong>Sound knowledge of the BCOE Act, Skills Development Act, Labour Relations, and Employment Equity Act.</strong></p>
</li>
<li>
<p class=""><strong>Solid experience in Recruitment and Selection, Industrial Relations, Time &; Attendance, HR information Systems and Management Reporting</strong></p>
</li>
<li>
<p class=""><strong>Solid knowledge of HR processes and procedures</strong></p>
</li>
<li>
<p class=""><strong>Good knowledge of Sage 300 and ESS</strong></p>
</li>
<li>
<p class=""><strong>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). </strong></p>
</li>
</ul>

<p class=""><strong>DUTIES &; RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>

<p class=""><strong>Manage the selection, verification and recruitment process of new employees.</strong></p>
</li>
<li>
<p class=""><strong>Deal with all day – to &#8211; day HR onboarding and termination processes</strong></p>
</li>
<li>
<p class=""><strong>Administration of timesheets, leave forms and employee personal records and files.</strong></p>
</li>
<li>
<p class=""><strong>Draw up a training needs analysis, arrange and organize training programs for employees</strong></p>
</li>
<li>
<p class=""><strong>Assist the HR Manager in gathering information to be used for WSP, skills development and EE</strong></p>
</li>
<li>
<p class=""><strong>Solve any HR queries on site</strong></p>
</li>
</ul>

<p class=""><strong>Typing of minutes when required</strong></p>
