JOB PURPOSE:
• To ensure a reliable duty by assisting RME Construction teams during maintenance and construction works.
• To ensure that work is completed effectively and efficiently performing general worker duties.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCE REQUIRED:
• Minimum Grade 9 and or 6 months relevant experience
• Physically fit, (Undergo medical examination and be declared fit for duty) be alert and safety conscious, as well as able to communicate in English
• Be able to work under adverse weather conditions.
• Be prepared to work extended hours on short notice.
• Wiling to relocate or work outside your designated depot.
• Be able to work in confined spaces and at heights
• Health and Safety conscious.
• Be prepared to work on noise environmental area.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Carry out all tasks as set out by the Supervisor/Team Leader.
• Be punctual and must be of sober habit.
• Handling, loading and offloading material
• Cleaning of sites by removing weeds, stacking materials, sweeping floors, removing and disposing of excess/rubble materials,
• Must be able to use any hand tool (non-mechanised) in the construction environment
• Cleaning of tools
