Job Purpose

Bidvest International Logistics, Port Elizabeth, is recruiting an Administration Clerk to ensure all invoicing / templates are done correct and timeously within the required KPI’s and check that all documents are visable on the client’s system.

 

Qualifications & Experience

– Matric essential

– Experience in the freight industry

– Good working knowledge of Admin / Invoicing

 

Key Responsibilities

– Ensure payment listings are done and e-mailed out

– Identify any issues of concern and elevate to the Supervisor for resolution

– Assist with all queries

– Assist team members where necessary to maintain service levels

– Adhere to the values of the organisation at all times

– Managing the WIP’s / ACR reports

 

 

Skills & Competencies

– Excellent communication skills

– Computer literacy essential (working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Word)

– Strong numeric and analytical ability coupled with accuracy and attention to detail

– Ability to work under pressure as part of a team 

– Willingness and ability to work overtime if and when required
