Salary: R 157 027.81 – R 203 84.78 Plus benefits
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 or NQF level 4 with Minimum 1 year Public/School Library experience
● Computer literacy in MS Office applications including Excel and Outlook.
●A valid driver’s license.
Other Requirements:
Good Interpersonal skills
●Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
● Good administrative skills
● Ability to manage digital and physical collections
●Customer service.
● Good general knowledge
● Ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities/Duties:
Library support function
● Assistance with library programme
● Assist public with community information and general enquiries
Added advantage:
Library Science Certificate/Diploma
●Ability to work on SLIMS library software
● ECD Certificate/Diploma

Note:
• Preference will be given to residents of the Greater Stellenbosch Municipal Area
• Amended salary scales will be implemented in accordance with the Collective Agreement
when new cost of living increase is determined
