Introduction
• The purpose of the Graduates Programme is to work under supervision of professionally qualified individuals, in order to gain experience through a structured 18-month training programme. The programme seeks to place the graduate in specific areas with the Divisions of the organisation according to their academic backgrounds, career aspiration and business requirements.
Job description
· Follow a structured training programmeall duties as contained in the Department or Area Competency Logbook (Development Programme), as well as reasonably be required to perform by Hesto Harnesses.
· Undergo performance assessments and reviews,
· Provide technical support for day to day of the plants,
· Support administrative and processes improvements initiatives of the organisation in the areas allocated,
Minimum requirements
· Grade 12/NQF Level 4 (Essential)
· B-Tech/Advanced Diploma/BSc/ B. Eng in the following fields (Essential)
o Mechanical Engineering,
o Mechatronics Engineering,
o Electrical Engineering,
o Industrial Engineering,
· National Diploma/B Tech/ BA Degree/ B Com Degree in the following fields (Essential )
o Supply Chain Management,
o Finance,
o Cost & Management Accounting
