What you’ll do
- You will report to the Human Resources Manager.
- Assist with the administration of new joiners and offboarding
- Supporting HR in handling employee inquiries and concerns.
- Ensuring company policies comply with labor laws and regulations
- You will be part of the 2024 Graduate Program which runs for 12 months
- You will be in the Cape Town office for at least 3 days in a week
You should have

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a natural aptitude for analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in MS Office
