<p><strong>As a Merchandiser, you need to make sure that a store&#8217;s shelves are filled with the right products, they look good, and they&#8217;re priced correctly to attract customers and boost sales. Think of it as making the store look nice and helping products sell better.</strong></p>
<p><strong>You will be required to have your own smartphone in order to be considered for the position.</strong></p>

<p><strong>This is a list of tasks that you will be responsible for doing on your days at work.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Count and determine stock to be merchandised and document</strong></p>
<p><strong>Unpack stock and document what has been received</strong></p>
<p><strong>Organise and display products to attract customers and make sure all lines are on display</strong></p>

<p><strong>Keep accurate records of all stock used and continuously monitor stock levels</strong></p>
<p><strong>Change displays to match what we have or promote</strong></p>
<p><strong>Stick to display rules and plans</strong></p>
<p><strong>Use creative ideas to grab customers&#8217; attention</strong></p>
<p><strong>Create special displays for different seasons or promotions</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Check quality of products and report any damages</strong></p>
<p><strong>Fill shelves and keep track of what&#8217;s in stock</strong></p>
<p><strong>Make sure old or bad products are removed and new ones are stacked and displayed</strong></p>
<p><strong>Plan what products to have and how many</strong></p>
<p><strong>Work with various teams, including the marketing and sales teams</strong></p>
<p><strong>Use colors, lights, props, and decorations to make displays look better</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Create plans for how the store looks and design signs and ads</strong></p>
<p><strong>Keep area clean, tidy and uncluttered including store room</strong></p>
<p><strong>Accuracy of procuct indicator (PI) labels and price stickers</strong></p>
<p><strong>Advise customers on the use of products and provide feedback on all complaints, queries and requests</strong></p>
