Our12-month Learnership Programmegives young individuals an opportunity to study and receive on the job training.
What can you expect?

- Qualification at the end of the 12 months (Higher Certificate in Short Term Insurance)
- Monthly stipend for the duration of the Learnership Programme

Qualifying Criteria:
- Matric/Grade 12 with English as a first or second language AND Maths or Maths Literacy
- Candidates MUST be in possession of a matric certificate and/or statement of results as proof that they have passed matric in 2023 or prior
- South African citizen
- Between the ages of 18 and 25 years
- Reside in or close to the area in which the opportunity is available
- Should not have previously participated in any SETA funded initiative
- Should notbe participating in any post Matric studies or formal employment
