The primary focus of the Senior Accounts Payable Administrator is to ensure payment of all Trust Related Adhoc and Recurring invoices and to ensure accurate, consistent and prompt financial and administrative assistance to the Community Scheme Portfolio Managers which should be in line with world class service delivery.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Creditors Payments</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Checking that all invoices coming through for payment are valid, made out to the building and that stakeholder’s approvals are attached.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Ensuring that the payment batch balances</strong></li>
<li><strong>Timeous payment of ALL invoices as approved by the trustees (Adhoc, Recurring, Legal, Deposit pmnts)</strong></li>

<li><strong>Creating a creditors code and load all relevant details</strong></li>
<li><strong>Requesting a Validation report on Standard Bank</strong></li>
<li><strong>Forwarding the process in order for the banking details to be loaded</strong></li>

<p><strong>Transferring of Funds / Investments</strong></p>

<li><strong>Transferring funds from and to Investec where funds are needed</strong></li>
<li><strong>Opening of new accounts</strong></li>
<li><strong>Reserve fund Balancing and Transfers</strong></li>
<li><strong>Month end surplus transfer to investment accounts</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications required by the position:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Tertiary qualification graduate (ideally commerce, law, finance, property studies) (advantageous).</strong></li>
</ul>
