<div><strong>We are seeking a competitive and trustworthy Enterprise Account Manager to help us build our business activities. This role will primarily entail identifying and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining successful and effective relationships with existing customers. The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.</strong></div>
<h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>National Diploma or Bcom Degree in Commerce, Sales or Business Administration.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Min 5 years sales experience in training related industry (OHS or EHS will be advantage).</strong></li>
<li><strong>Must have at least 3 years relevant experience in a corporate environment.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Microsoft 365 proficient (Teams, Outlook, Dynamics 365).</strong></li>
<li><strong>Solid lead generation experience.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Willing to travel.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Ability to work under pressure.</strong></li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Account management:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Employ all necessary sales strategies to ensure annual targets are met.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Set up and attend meetings with each client.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Develop close business relationships with key stakeholders at each client.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Identify opportunities to introduce additional NOSA products and services to increase the annual revenue generated from each client.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Attempt to secure service-level agreements with all clients.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Monitor the expiry dates of all current service level agreements to renew advance agreements.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Conduct accurate costing analysis to ensure services are aligned with client budget and NOSA profitability requirements.</strong></li>

<p><strong>Service delivery:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Ensure all client-specific requirements are communicated to coordinators before delivery of any service.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Monitor service delivery by continuously requesting and documenting client feedback.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Provide regular feedback on each account to the Sales Director on the following key indicators:</strong>
<ul>
<li><strong>Performance vs target</strong></li>
<li><strong>Performance vs PY</strong></li>
<li><strong>Growth potential</strong></li>
<li><strong>Concerns or challenges</strong></li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Administration:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Ensure the following documentation is obtained and accurately captured on OMS before handing it over to the sales administration team:</strong>
<ul>
<li><strong>Booking forms</strong></li>
<li><strong>Purchase order/Proof of payment</strong></li>
<li><strong>Quote</strong></li>
<li><strong>ID (if possible, otherwise on the first day, of course)</strong></li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li><strong>Assist with collecting outstanding revenue by promoting upfront payment for all services not delivered under service level agreements or by securing purchase orders before allowing services to be delivered.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Provide accurate information for invoicing and monitor its accuracy.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Ensure all quotations are generated through CRM and that all outstanding quotations are closed out.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Capture all client-specific information in CRM or relevant NOSA databases and ensure that this information is kept up to date (Signed contracts, contacts lists, etc.)</strong></li>
</ul>
