Sales or Business Administration&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><strong>Min 5 years sales experience in training related industry &lpar;OHS or EHS will be advantage&rpar;&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><strong>Must have at least 3 years relevant experience in a corporate environment&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><strong>Microsoft 365 proficient &lpar;Teams&comma; Outlook&comma; Dynamics 365&rpar;&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><strong>Solid lead generation experience&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><strong>Driver’s license and own reliable vehicle&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><strong>Willing to travel&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><strong>Ability to work under pressure&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ul>&NewLine;<h3><strong>Responsibilities<&sol;strong><&sol;h3>&NewLine;<p><strong>Account management&colon;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<ul>&NewLine;<li><strong>Employ all necessary sales strategies to ensure annual targets are met&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><strong>Set up and attend meetings with each client&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><strong>Develop close business relationships with key stakeholders at each client&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><strong>Identify opportunities to introduce additional NOSA products and services to increase the annual revenue generated from each client&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><strong>Attempt to secure service-level agreements with all clients&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><strong>Monitor the expiry dates of all current service level agreements to renew advance agreements&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><strong>Conduct accurate costing analysis to ensure services are aligned with client budget and NOSA profitability requirements&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ul>&NewLine;<&sol;div>&NewLine;<div class&equals;"contentleft">&NewLine;<p><strong>Service delivery&colon;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<ul>&NewLine;<li><strong>Ensure all client-specific requirements are communicated to coordinators before delivery of any service&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><strong>Monitor service delivery by continuously requesting and documenting client feedback&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><strong>Provide regular feedback on each account to the Sales Director on the following key indicators&colon;<&sol;strong>&NewLine;<ul>&NewLine;<li><strong>Performance vs target<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><strong>Performance vs PY<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><strong>Growth potential<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><strong>Concerns or challenges<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ul>&NewLine;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ul>&NewLine;<&sol;div>&NewLine;<&sol;div>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<div class&equals;"jobcontent active">&NewLine;<div class&equals;"contentleft">&NewLine;<p><strong>Administration&colon;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<ul>&NewLine;<li><strong>Ensure the following documentation is obtained and accurately captured on OMS before handing it over to the sales administration team&colon;<&sol;strong>&NewLine;<ul>&NewLine;<li><strong>Booking forms<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><strong>Purchase order&sol;Proof of payment<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><strong>Quote<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><strong>ID &lpar;if possible&comma; otherwise on the first day&comma; of course&rpar;<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ul>&NewLine;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ul>&NewLine;<&sol;div>&NewLine;<&sol;div>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<div class&equals;"jobcontent active">&NewLine;<div class&equals;"contentleft">&NewLine;<ul>&NewLine;<li><strong>Assist with collecting outstanding revenue by promoting upfront payment for all services not delivered under service level agreements or by securing purchase orders before allowing services to be delivered&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><strong>Provide accurate information for invoicing and monitor its accuracy&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><strong>Ensure all quotations are generated through CRM and that all outstanding quotations are closed out&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><strong>Capture all client-specific information in CRM or relevant NOSA databases and ensure that this information is kept up to date &lpar;Signed contracts&comma;
