Navigation and 90-day retention documentation requirements&semi;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Monitor the continuous improvement and compliance to airport slot&semi;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Participate in all briefings concerning contract flying to understand contractual requirements and ensure compliance&semi;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Manage and compile fuel projections through the analysis of fuel usage&semi;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Oversee and ensure compliance of the Airport Slots including the initial slot submissions per schedule period&semi;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Maintain slot management within the current season&semi;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Manage all audits relating to 90-day retention documentation requirements&semi;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Manage the compliance of work instructions and manuals pertaining to the function&semi;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Review manuals and work instructions annually&semi;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Provide monthly reports to the Senior Manager&semi;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Operations on functional performance indicators&semi;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Report statistics to other departments on a monthly basis&semi;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Provide monthly reports detailing fuel usage&semi;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Oversee the team and report on the team&&num;8217&semi;s performance&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Provide overall guidance to the team&semi;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Set team goals in order to meet the overall business need&semi;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Motivate&comma; organise and encourage teamwork within the team to ensure productivity&semi;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Identify skill development areas for succession planning purposes&semi;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Promote effective communication amongst team members&semi;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Oversee and manage complex projects&comma; ensuring alignment with organisational goals and timely completion&semi;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Build strong relationships with CAMU&comma; Airport Authority&comma; Regulators&comma; and Service providers to influence decisions that may affect operational continuity&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Requirements&colon;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Grade 12 or equivalent&semi;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Qualification in Flight Operational Management &lpar;Advantageous&rpar;&semi;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Minimum of 10 years aviation experience&comma;
