<p><strong>Description</strong></p>
<p><strong>Manage the reception area</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ensure that the entire reception area including bathrooms are neat and tidy in accordance with the corporate identity.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Provide professional and friendly assistance to walk–in clients and staff.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Manage Boardroom bookings</strong></p>
<p><strong>Manage bookings and make sure that there isn’t clashes.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Assist to provide refreshment to clients in the absence of Office Assistant.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ensure that all boardrooms are presentable and clean before every meeting.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Manage head office client’s parking.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Manage head office building access (closing and opening).</strong></p>
<p><strong>Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Administer Stock items</strong></p>
<p><strong>Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies i.e. refreshments and cleaning material</strong></p>
<p><strong>Maintain stock level of consumables, cutlery, crockery etc.</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Reporting faults</strong></p>
<p><strong>Report any faults to IT or Facilities in order to provide efficient service to clients. (TCF)</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Adhoc duties</strong></p>
<p><strong>Provide assistance to Corporate Affairs with events.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Assist PA’s with calls during their absence from the office.</strong></p>
<p><strong>General admin/office assistance to Group Corporate affairs.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<p><strong>Formal Education:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Matric</strong></p>
<p><strong>Technical/Legal Certification;</strong></p>
<p><strong>Certificate in Customer Service </strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>
<p><strong>2 Years as a Receptionist</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
