<p><strong>PURPOSE OF THE JOB :</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ensure proper ERP system application and process development.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ensure data consistency and reliability for all Service (TSSSA) ERP master data in relation to</strong></p>
<p><strong>Sourcing and Supply Chain through audits</strong></p>
<p><strong>Training end users &; provide support to ERP usage</strong></p>
<p><strong>Perform routine checks (audits) of system data and processes to ensure compliance</strong></p>
<p><strong>Manage TSSSA Data KPIs for Supply Chain</strong></p>
<p><strong>Implement and maintain key master data related to Sourcing and Supply Chain as described in the</strong></p>
<p><strong>Master Data Management Plan</strong></p>
<p><strong>Manage business activities in the implementation and cascading of processes to business users</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ensure management and maintenance of Procure to Pay (P2P) process</strong></p>

<p><strong>Ensure consistency of process and tools use for Material Planning, Procurement, Logistics,</strong></p>
<p><strong>Warehousing, Direct and Indirect Sourcing scope.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Implement TSSSA Inventory Management strategy as described in the TSSSA contract with the Customer</strong></p>
<p><strong>Create the job procedures and ensure that they are up to date and applied routinely</strong></p>
<p><strong>Manage all Master data requirements for the Sourcing and Supply Chain streams</strong></p>
<p><strong>Manage all usage of GSI activities related to Sourcing and Supply Chain</strong></p>
<p><strong>Support end users for P2P, Scrap Management, Cross-Plant Planning, Shelf-Life Expiry Dates, Auto-</strong></p>
<p><strong>Cycle Counts and any other process related to Sourcing and Supply Chain</strong></p>
<p><strong>Drive the implementation of depot CONQ processes linked with scrapping and management of</strong></p>
<p><strong>NCRs and QM Orders</strong></p>
<p><strong>Manage TSSSA Supply Chain strategy for all TSSSA sites with active Material Management scope</strong></p>

<p><strong>TASKS &; RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>
<p><strong>ERP DATA QUALITY &; MATERIAL MASTER VALIDATION</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ensure the creation and maintenance of Material Master Data for the Service and validate data in</strong></p>
<p><strong>alignment with Supply chain flows.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Analyze all ERP data inconsistency messages coming from Services various departments:</strong></p>
<p><strong> &#8211; Warehouse, Sourcing and Supply Chain, and ensure compliance to Internal Financial rules</strong></p>
<p><strong>Analyze ERP error messages specific to master and transactional data quality and implement corrective actions.</strong></p>

<p><strong>ERP TECHNICAL SUPPORT &; CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT</strong></p>
<p><strong>Referent for final users in case ERP dysfunction.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ensure Hot-line link with ITC for all ERP incidents and change requests.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Write Business specifications and make acceptance test.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Participate in working groups with IT functions and Production Management to optimize the ERP using processes.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Similar experience of 3-5 years in an industrial environment</strong></p>
<p><strong>Expertise in ERP Knowledge: SAP (MM, PP)</strong></p>
<p><strong>Advanced knowledge of Manufacturing, Process Engineering and Supply Chain processes</strong></p>
<p><strong>Experience with MS Office tools</strong></p>
