<strong>Learnership Electrician (2 Positions) – Ref: BH 0554</strong><br />
<strong>Learnership Diesel Mechanic (2 Positions) – Ref: BH 0551</strong><br />
<strong>Learnership Boilermaker – Ref: BH 0552</strong><br />
<strong>Learnership Fitter – Ref: BH 0553</strong><br />
<strong>Learnership Auto Electrician (3 Positions) – Ref: BH 0555</strong><br />
<strong>Learnership Instrumentation (3 Positions) – Ref: BH 0556</strong></p>
<p><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong><br />
<strong>Grade 12</strong><br />
<strong>N2 Certificate in relevant trade subjects (Mathematics, Engineering Science, Trade Theory, Industrial Electronics)</strong><br />
<strong>Valid Code B Driving License</strong></p>

<p><strong>Required Competencies:</strong><br />
<strong>Behavioral: Basic self-leadership, assertiveness, communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skills</strong><br />
<strong>System Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office</strong><br />
<strong>Technical: Operation and maintenance of medium voltage switchgear and distribution networks</strong><br />
<strong>Foundational Business Acumen: Basic financial management skills</strong></p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br />
<strong>Participate in change and improvement initiatives</strong><br />
<strong>Provide accurate data and comply with rules</strong><br />
<strong>Contribute to team performance and maintain good team relationships</strong><br />
<strong>Use and maintain tools, equipment, and safety clothing</strong><br />
<strong>Complete trade test training and on-the-job training</strong><br />
<strong>Comply with IMS (Integrated Management System) standards and minimize waste</strong></p>
