<p><strong>Purpose of the Role</strong></p>
<p><strong>Drive sales and provide a desirable client experience in order to ensure that standards are maintained as well as to build and maintain brand image.</strong></p>

<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>
<p><strong>ACHIEVE COUNTER SALES TARGETS</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Achieve monthly and annual set budgets</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Track counter and individual targets</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Sell and drive sales in order to achieve targets</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Assist in setting up and driving sales at Counter events</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Provide feedback on sales/counter related issues or concerns</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>BRAND MANAGEMENT</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Increase brand awareness and image through ensuring adherence to grooming and uniform guidelines</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Monitor competitor activity</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Know your in-store ranking</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Ensure that stock is merchandised according to merchandising guidelines</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Know your stock versus tester ratio and report out of stocks RDM daily to drive sales and maintain an exceptional client experience</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Ensure that counter hygiene standards are maintained according to brand standards at all times</strong></p>

<p><strong>CLIENT EXPERIENCE</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Uphold and reinforce the Client experience standards</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Build relationships and loyalty with clients</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Drive increased customer data base (attraction of NEW customers)</strong></p>

<p><strong>ADMINISTRATION</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Complete daily tracking sheets and submit weekly to RDM</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Complete all progress reports required and submit timeously</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Complete and update client cards for all new and existing clients and file accordingly</strong></p>

<p><strong>TEAM WORK</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Work in collaboration with other colleagues to drive and execute overall budgets as well as supporting events</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Support and assist new team members with onboarding and orientation</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Build relationships with respective retailer to achieve key outputs</strong></p>
