<strong>Collect and capture waste manifests, weighbridge slips and supporting documentation for vendor sales, commercial and residential collections within the allocated timeframe. Ensure all received and captured data is accurate and trustworthy, and all documents are completed in full.</strong></div>

<p><strong><u></u>Collecting and capturing of documents</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Assist with the gathering of manifests, weighbridge slips and other documents from both internal and external parties</strong></li>
<li><strong>Capture all waste stream transactions and supporting documents for the region electronically and within the allocated timeframe (for all commercial, residential and vendors)</strong></li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Data verification</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Ensure all required information and signatures on collected documents are completed and clearly visible</strong></li>
<li><strong>Follow-up on outstanding documents daily, and escalate concerns as soon as possible</strong></li>
<li><strong>Alert your Supervisor and Manager of any suspected discrepancies, inconsistencies, process deviations or possible instances of theft and fraud</strong></li>
<li><strong>Escalate unresolved or unattended queries to your Supervisor within a maximum of 7 calendar days</strong></li>
</ul>
