Selection and Placement policy and procedures are always adhered to&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><strong>Ensure line managers and staff are advised on recruitment process and procedures&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><strong>Create and maintain the job profile repository for recruitment and selection purposes&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><strong>Co-ordinate recruitment transactional processes&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><strong>Responsible for arranging the screening of potential candidates&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><strong>Ensure efficient placement of all vacancies in timeous and speedy manner&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><strong>Responsible for the overall effectiveness of sourcing&comma; shortlisting&comma; interviewing and placement of candidates in approved vacant positions within the CGS&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ul>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Talent on-boarding and engagement<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<ul>&NewLine;<li><strong>Coordinate on-boarding and induction for new staff&comma;
