<h3><strong>Value Logistics is hiring Debriefer &lpar;Nightshift&rpar;<&sol;strong><&sol;h3>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Job Type&colon; Full-Time<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Purpose of the Job<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Ensure that delivery trip sheets&comma; PODs&comma; and drivers are debriefed according to the Value Procedure&period; Report driver incidents or accidents to the Branch&sol;Operations Manager&period; Report vehicle damages to the Dedicated Distribution Manager&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Key Responsibilities <&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Operational Duties<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Debriefing of drivers<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Checking the trip sheet against tracking for unscheduled stops<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Receiving of vehicle keys<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Checking PODs for any discrepancies &lpar;shortages&comma; etc&period;&rpar;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Liaise with drivers regarding discrepancies &lpar;shortages&comma; paperwork at stores&comma; etc&period;&rpar;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Dispatch teams for delivery<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Administrative Duties<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Preparation of the next day’s delivery paperwork<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Assigning of collections<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Assigning seals for seal-to-seal procedures<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Report any and all discrepancies to all on the day shift via email<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Customer Service Duties<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Customer relations ensure that debriefing is always up to the required standard<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Good communication skills with the client<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong> Minimum Requirements<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Grade 12 &lpar;Matric&rpar;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Good communication skills<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Able to complete forms related to my own working area<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Can complete administrative procedures with the necessary directions and systems at disposal<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong><a class&equals;"maxbutton-1 maxbutton" href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;careers&period;value&period;co&period;za&sol;jobs&sol;debriefer-nightshift-2&sol;"><span class&equals;'mb-text'>CLICK HERE TO APPLY<&sol;span><&sol;a> <&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;
