<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>To comply with the South African Qualification Act</strong></p>
<p><strong>To comply with Mine Health and Safety Act &; ReguRegulations</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>To comply with the Quality Council for Trades and Occupation (QCTO) requirements</strong></p>
<p><strong>To achieve all specified Mine Qualification Authority (MQA) Unit standard in accordance with the Registered Learnership Qualification</strong></p>
<p><strong>To obtain a blasting certificate of competence issued by the DMR</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>
<p><strong>A minimum academic qualification of Grade 10 or equivalent</strong></p>
<p><strong>Competent A &; B Certificate a requirement</strong></p>
<p><strong>Mining Operations level 2 certificate/ or statement of results</strong></p>
<p><strong>Literacy in English and Numeracy</strong></p>
<p><strong>MINIMUM EXPERIENCE</strong></p>
<p><strong>A minimum of one year Mining Crew Captain experience</strong></p>
<p><strong>Must have at least 3 years mechanised mining experience</strong></p>
