<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p>
<p><strong>Hyundai Automotive South Africa Pty Ltd is looking for a Technical Trainer at Head Office. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for providing remote and onsite technical support to resolve product diagnostic concerns while managing the training center facilities related security, customer queries and other applicable activities and processes to continuously enhance service delivery for the center. </strong></p>

<strong>Ensure that occupational health &; safety standards are adhered to by all delegates during practical training.</strong><br />

<strong>Continuous updating of training material and contextualising it to current environment.</strong><br />
<strong>Escalate unresolved issues to management and process owners.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Facilitate assessments (writing and practical) according to predetermined lesson frameworks to ensure assessments of learners by conducting pre and post learning interventions.</strong><br />
<strong>Facilitate learning according to predetermined lesson frameworks and engage learners in an interactive learning methodology to enhance learning capabilities.</strong><br />
<strong>Identify and develop solutions to improve operational service and quality and escalate unresolved issues to management and process owners. (Where applicable)</strong><br />
<strong>Identify and develop solutions to improve operational service and quality.</strong><br />
<strong>Identify training and development requirements and escalate requirements to the relevant stakeholders to ensure relevant training materials are updated accordingly.</strong><br />
<strong>Interact with training specialists, line managers and business stakeholders, to effectively identify optimal learning solutions, content and platforms.</strong><br />
<strong>Invigilate assessments, prepare reports of test results and forward the outcomes to the relevant stakeholders for further actioning.</strong></p>

<strong>Oversee the planning and coordination of the operational functionality and the control of the facilities, tools, and equipment to ensure service delivery and vehicles.</strong><br />

<strong>Provide support to trainers and ensure availability of refreshments to trainees.</strong><br />
<strong>Report on transactional and process activities to enable timely and effective decision making.</strong><br />
<strong>Update relevant information and complete all learner administration activities to ensure compliance to requirements, processes and procedures.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Execute work activities effectively and efficiently in order to maximise efficiencies and reduce unnecessary delays in achieving goals of the office.</strong><br />
<strong>Manage and monitor the budget.</strong><br />

<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></p>
<p><strong>Qualified Technician</strong><br />
<strong>1-2 year experience in similar environment</strong><br />
<strong>Diesel experience an added advantage</strong><br />
<strong>Strong technical background</strong></p>

<strong>Presentation Skills: Ability to present information clearly and engagingly to different audiences.</strong><br />
<strong>Training Delivery: Proficiency in delivering training sessions, whether in-person, online, or in a blended format.</strong></p>
