<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p>
<p><strong>Responsible for overseeing all operational (day to day and strategic) aspects of Standard Bank MVNO, ensuring that all operational functions are running smoothly and efficiently. These include back-office operations, customer service, billing management, supply chain management, courier management, vendor management, asset management and project delivery for MVNO.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Field of Study: Business Commerce</strong></p>
<p><strong>Experience Required</strong></p>
<p><strong>Personal and Private Banking</strong></p>
<p><strong>More than 10 years experience in:</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Operations, strategy, technology and business management, preferably in the telecommunications industry</strong></p>
<p><strong>Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring that all operations are financially sustainable and meet business unit targets</strong></p>
<p><strong>Work closely with other senior leaders to develop and implement business unit strategy, ensuring that operations are aligned with overall business objectives.</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Monitor operational performance metrics, develop action plans to address any issues, and report regularly to the Business Unit Executive Head and other senior leaders in the bank</strong></p>
<p><strong>Identify and develop new operations opportunities to improve the overall functioning of the business unit</strong></p>
<p><strong>Manage the operations and project teams, providing leadership, coaching, and support to ensure high levels of productivity and performance.</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Oversee the planning, development, and execution of all operational functions, including network operations, customer service, billing management, fulfilment and courier management, supply chain, stock management, project office and risk, compliance and governance.</strong></p>
