The division is centralised at the Auckland Park Campus&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong> <&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Responsibilities&colon;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Preparation and processing of payroll input to ensure that salaries are paid&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Review&comma; verify&comma; spot check&comma; and ensure accuracy of approved input&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Processing the Third-party changes and clearing of queries&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Processing of foreign payments&comma; subsistence&comma; and travel claims&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Prepare and submit AP Payments as per required standards&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Responsible for testing systems changes and configurations&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Activates all pre-payments for ad-hoc payments&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Performs any other office Ad-hoc requests from line management&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Assist with Internal&sol;External auditor requests&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Minimum requirements<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Diploma or relevant qualification &lpar;NQF 6&rpar;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Two &lpar;2&rpar; to three &lpar;3&rpar; years&&num;8217&semi; of proven experience in Payroll Administration<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Experience in the Oracle System &lpar;preferred&rpar;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Knowledge of Legislation and Acts relevant to payroll&comma;
