<h3><strong>HR Administrator &&num;8211&semi; Y&period;E&period;S&period; Programme<&sol;strong><&sol;h3>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>PURPOSE OF THE JOB&colon; The main purpose of this position is provide day-to-day support for the HR department by performing a variety of tasks&period; Key responsibilities will include HR administration including filing&comma; administration for HR activities and ensure compliance to HR policies and procedures and SA legislation&period; The role will consist of managing various HR documents such as recruitment&comma; employee files&comma; and updating internal databases&period; KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS &lpar;DUTIES &amp&semi; RESPONSIBILITIES&rpar;&colon; The key responsibilities of the position are as follows&comma; but not limited to&colon;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Assist with creating and maintaining job descriptions&comma; postings&comma; scheduling interviews&comma; conducting background checks&comma; completing reference checks&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>File all necessary records-keeping all documentation up to date so that audits do not find missing documentation<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Maintain human resource information system records&period; Ensure the integrity of employee data&comma; including performance of regular audits and documentation of appropriate quality control measures&period; Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Ensure that human resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and Company policies and procedures&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Maintain UI-19 files&comma; tracking employees requiring updates to UI-19&comma; and contacting employees to obtain updated info&comma; pulling information for terminated employees&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Answer employees questions and provide requested information&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Support new hire orientation and ensure a positive onboarding experience&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure compliance and a positive experience&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Organize training and performance development programs&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Maintain confidentiality and proficient knowledge of legal requirements and programs including BCEA&comma; LRA&comma; SDL&comma; EEA&comma; OHSA&comma; and other requirements pertaining to employment<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>All other duties as assigned<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>To also ensure that their job goals are completed by striving for Quality&comma; Trust and Security at all times&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>To be considered for this role under the &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;Yes4Youth” Learnership program&comma; the following requirements are non-negotiable<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Ideal candidates should be unemployed at the time of contracting&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Must qualify as Youth candidates and therefore must be between the age of 18 – 34 &lpar;Must not be turning 35 during the program&rpar;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Must meet the definition of &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;Black People&comma;” as defined in the Broad-Based Black Empowerment Act 53 of 2003&comma; as amended by Act 46 of 213&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Must not have previously participated in a &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;Yes4Youth” program&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>MINIMUM ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS&colon;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Degree in HR or Industrial Psychology or related field &lpar;non-negotiable&rpar;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Have a completed Matric with at least 60&percnt; in English&comma; 60&percnt; Mathematics OR 60&percnt; Maths Literacy&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE&colon;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Minimum of 2-3 years or more professional market related experience in similar role&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Experience with HR software&comma; SAGE 300 People System is an advantage&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Strong understanding of South African labour laws&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>KNOWLEDGE&comma; SKILL &amp&semi; ABILITIES&colon;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Must possess strong HR acumen&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Must be a problem solver&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Excellent communication&comma; organisational&comma; writing as well as interpersonal skills&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Ability to work under pressure in order to meet tight deadlines&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Is highly self-motivated and with the ability to work unsupervised&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Strong Computer skills &lpar;Email&sol;internet&comma;
