<p><strong>Position: Operator X2 (HVL Packaging)</strong></p>
<p><strong>Location: OTC – Clayville</strong></p>
<p><strong>Reporting to: Team Leader</strong></p>

<p><strong>Job Purpose: To ensure that the packing/manufacturing/dispensary lines are operated at optimum performance. To ensure that production targets are met consistently.</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Required Learning</strong></p>
<p><strong>N4- N6 Engineering Qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronicsetc.)</strong></p>
<p><strong>0 – 2 years in the pharmaceutical manufacturing/packing environment</strong></p>
<p><strong>Technical aptitude.</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Key Job Outputs</strong></p>
<p><strong>Operate any equipment’s requested to complete the packaging process as stated on the packing document</strong></p>
<p><strong>To wash and clean the line and all the equipment’s used on the line</strong></p>
<p><strong>To carry out any tasks related to the packaging process</strong></p>
<p><strong>Report any equipment malfunctions to the Team Leader or deputy</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ensure the working area is cleaned and tidied to an acceptable level of GMP at the end of runs</strong></p>
<p><strong>Proactively participate in batch change over and ensure that it is completed within the set standard time.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ensure that the quality of product produced complies to the company standards</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Know and understand the relevant company procedures</strong></p>
<p><strong>Report all quality problems to the Team Leader or deputy immediately</strong></p>
<p><strong>Adhere to time keeping, attendance and productivity requirements in Line with MBU Goal Alignment</strong></p>
<p><strong>Actively participate in the MBU Processes</strong></p>
<p><strong>Always be prepared to put in extra effort. Work overtime if necessary and / or work on other packing lines if required</strong></p>
<p><strong>Attend all relevant GMP Training sessions as per the Training Schedule</strong></p>
<p><strong>Adhere to Safety Practices</strong></p>
<p><strong>Assist in reconciling of packing material and finished goods</strong></p>
<p><strong>Complete all relevant log books as per the SOP</strong></p>
<p><strong>Assist with Line Opening and Line Clearance as requested</strong></p>
