<p><strong>BMW Group South Africa is hosting a Yes4Youth (Y4Y) programme in 2025. The Y4Y Program is our commitment and a collaborative effort to address youth unemployment in South Africa, enabling youth to develop new skills and gain meaningful workplace experience. The program is tailored to empower participants with hands-on work experience in their chosen field.</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>The program is aimed at participants between the ages of 18 and 34, who have completed their studies; have not participated in a Y4Y program before, and are currently unemployed. </strong></p>
<p><strong>Qualifications, Fields of Study:</strong></p>
<p><strong>A University Degree or National Diploma in the following career streams:</strong></p>

<li><strong>Risk Management</strong></li>
<li><strong>Insurance</strong></li>
<li><strong>Human Resources</strong></li>
<li><strong>Industrial Psychology</strong></li>
<li><strong>Marketing</strong></li>
<li><strong>LLB/Law</strong></li>
<li><strong>Analytics/ Business Analytics</strong></li>
<li><strong>Informational Technology (IT) &#8211; JAVA Training Course; Information Systems degree; SAP System certificate; ABAP Certification, K1 experience level, Computer Programming, Coding</strong></li>

<li><strong>Supply Chain/ Logistics</strong></li>
<li><strong>Public Relations</strong></li>
<li><strong>Journalism</strong></li>
<li><strong>Communications</strong></li>
<li><strong>Business Management</strong></li>
<li><strong>Early Learning Centre/ Diploma in Teaching</strong></li>

<p><strong>All applicants MUST apply through the BMW Career Portal by creating a comprehensive profile.
