<div><strong>ArcelorMittal South Africa is offering training opportunities to individuals in possession of grade 12 certificates with favourable marks for Mathematics and/ or Maths Lit and English to be trained as a Process Operator focussing on the Steel Manufacturing Process. The training program is based on a structured outcome-based approach which includes institutional and on the job training. Regular assessment and progress monitoring will form an integral part of the learnership program. Opportunities are available across our Vanderbijlpark Operations.</strong></div>

<li><strong>Minimum of a Grade 12 Qualification with English, Mathematics or Maths Lit</strong></li>

<li><strong>A team player who can also work independently</strong></li>
<li><strong>Driven, highly self-motivated</strong></li>
<li><strong>An agile thinker with excellent problem-solving skills</strong></li>
<li><strong>Great attention to detail and an aptitude for engineering</strong></li>
