<h3><strong>Call Centre Learnership</strong></h3>

<p><strong>A fully funded, 12-month full-time learnership opportunity is now available for qualified unemployed youth who are interested in pursuing a career in the contact centre industry.</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>The qualification covers the foundational areas of the Contact Centre and Business Process Outsourcing Support at NQF Level 3. This is an amazing learnership opportunity for qualifying candidates.</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Minimum Admission Requirements:</strong><br />
<strong>This qualification is intended for persons who already work as Contact Centre and/or Business Process Outsourcing agents or who wish to join the contact centre and/or Business Process Outsourcing industry.</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Minimum qualification at NQF level 2 or higher</strong><br />
<strong>Basic Computer skills</strong><br />
<strong>Unemployed</strong><br />
<strong>Between the ages of 18 and 34.</strong><br />
<strong>Must NOT currently be studying anywhere or owing College of Cape Town outstanding fees.</strong><br />
<strong>Willing to travel to Gardens Campus 5 days a week from 08:00am to 16:00pm.</strong><br />
<strong>Must not have participated in a Learnership Program before</strong></p>
