<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>The Financial Administrator is responsible for the analysing and reporting on financial and project administrative activities for the Technology division</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Management and reporting of expenses</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Ensure accurate compilation and reporting on key expenses and metrics related to business operations to ensure an accurate capturing of expenses.</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Conduct a variety of financial administrative processes and tasks to assist in the effective running of processes, these tasks include but are not limited to:</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Ensure purchase orders are raised and receipted timeously.</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Extracting, compiling and analysing of information for the budgeting, forecasting and monthly processes.</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Resolving ad hoc queries relating to purchase orders with vendors</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Loading of new vendors</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Assist with the administration of key contracts with suppliers to ensure an effective and ongoing relationship with the suppliers.</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Ensures accounting and financial policies and practices are adhered to. </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Provide support and assist Head of Finance and accountants with day to day functions</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Working with external and internal auditors on audits</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Management of accruals</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Management foreign payment process including foreign payment reconciliations</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Managing petty cash float</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Managing project management timesheet process</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Assist with monthly cash flow forecasting</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Ensure POS billing completed timeously and accurately</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Diploma in Accounting/Finance</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel) experience </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Experience working with fixed assets</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>1-3 years’ experience in finance (reconciliations, foreign payments, accruals, cash flow, POs, reporting and analysing)</strong></p>
