candidate generation&comma; pipelining and customer&sol;stakeholder relationships and utilizing social media strategies&sol;campaigns&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Key Roles and Responsibilities&colon;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Use and leverage recruiting tools available to identify candidates from numerous sources&comma; initiates job postings&comma; screens and qualifies candidates and performs reference checks<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Identify screening criteria and screen prequalified candidates&comma; presenting a shortlist to the hiring managers for review<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Provide feedback on candidates to hiring managers&comma; agencies and&sol;or directly to candidates<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Monitor and maintain internal and external job postings<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Leverage the Employee Value Proposition and other materials to build and improve our employer brand from a talent attraction point of view<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Ensure the recruitment process lifecycle is completed in a fast&comma; efficient and professional manner at all times&comma; minimizing time to fill<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Collaborate with people directors&comma; people managers&comma; people business partners and talent and development teams to understand short and long term talent objectives and hiring forecasts for the area of responsibility<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines&comma; recruiting process and regulatory requirements<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Create search strategies by developing and maintaining market intelligence&comma; researching target companies&comma; and building network relationships to attract and hire top talent<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Understand the company’s organizational structure and desired skill sets and profiles needed for each position<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Source&comma; screen&comma; present and managing candidates across multiple functions in the organization<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Lead routine meetings with functions to discuss active and passive searches&comma; including but not limited to candidate and role status and progress&comma; metrics&comma; key insights&comma; and challenges<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Share recruitment knowledge base with the team&sol;customers&sol;stakeholders by providing best practices and tips on relevant industries and talent pools<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process by bringing innovative solutions and leveraging industry benchmarks to address existing gaps and elevate the recruitment team<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Supporting various special projects as and when needed<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Profile&colon;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Bachelor&&num;8217&semi;s degree in Business&comma; Human Resources&comma; Industrial&sol;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Organisational Psychology or related field required<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Experience in advising &amp&semi; influencing leaders and teams<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Ability to own and drive the recruitment process with all levels of leadership<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Effective analytical and project planning&sol;project management skills<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Comfortable with communicating professionally to all levels of candidates and leaders<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite &lpar;Word&comma; PowerPoint&comma; Excel&comma; etc&period;&rpar;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Able to speak and write in English and one other South African language &lpar;e&period;g&period; Zulu&comma;Xhosa&comma;
