<p><strong>What are we looking for?</strong></p>
<p><strong>We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Higher education experience will be an advantage.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Relevant experience in a similar position.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Knowledge of client service.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ability to operate a switchboard.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Additional languages will be an advantage.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Excellent communication skills.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ability to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Reliable and tolerance for stress.</strong></p>
<p><strong>A clear criminal record.</strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong><strong>The responsibilities are:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Attend to visitors and deal with enquiries.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Answer the telephone, screen and direct calls.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Take and relay messages accurately.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Greet persons entering the school and direct them to the correct destination.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Deal with queries from learners and clients.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Provide general administrative and clerical support.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Personal commitment to education and a willingness to contribute to the values and ethos of the school.</strong></p>
<p><strong>The successful candidate will start on 01 May 2025.</strong></p>
