The successful candidate will be responsible for the marketing&comma; public relations&comma; and stakeholder relations function of the hospital with the aim of growing the brand&comma; public stand&comma; and professional awareness of the hospital&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Critical Outputs<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Public Relations<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>1&period; Community Relations<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Continuously initiate and execute public engagement activities targeted at improving the name and standing of the hospital in the various communities that support the hospital&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• You will be the Custodian of the Company’s CSI initiatives&period; Company representation<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Represent the Company in various public forums from time to time with the aim of improving the standing of the hospital in these forums<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Be the brand and reputation ambassador of the hospital Social Media management<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Manage all social media platforms with the oversight of the Group Marketing Manager with the aim of ensuring a positive social media standing of the hospital&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Have your own social medial presence in the main social media platforms&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>2&period; Brand Management<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Implement brand and corporate identity strategies&comma; policies&comma; standards&comma; and procedures&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Create awareness around branding with Management teams&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Ownership of hospital signage and branding- involvement in all projects pertaining to look and feel of the hospital<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>3&period; Communication<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Ensure the correct communication templates are utilized in the business&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Support and enhance the quality of all communication tools and channels to ensure communication is delivered consistently and proactively to all stakeholders&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Provide communication support to internal stakeholders to ensure communication that is consistently reflective of Herolim Private Hospital’s corporate identity&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Manage&comma; monitor and improve the delivery of information and messaging to all stakeholders&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Patient Experience<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>1&period; Patient Liaison<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Engage and interact with patients &lpar;and their families&rpar; who are admitted in the hospital to assess their experience&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Receive and review all patient satisfaction survey escalations in order to generate a patient satisfaction knowledge database<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Analyse feedback coming from patients and take appropriate remedial action<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Promote the usage of the automated patient experience survey by patients<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>2&period; Customer Complaints Management<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Receive and manage customer complaints promptly and effectively according to the complaints management policy both those received manually and through electronic &sol;social media means&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Doctor Relations<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Recruitment of new doctors to work at the facility with support of the Group Marketing Manager and the Hospital Manager<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Annually checking HPCSA and Medical Malpractice status of all active doctors and reporting on it&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Build strong and mutually beneficial relations with the Doctor community affiliated with and or associated with the hospital &&num;8211&semi; both General Practitioners and Specialists&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Continually initiate new relations with Drs in and around Mthatha and other surrounding geographic areas where there is a potential for patient referrals and growth for the hospital&period; Attend to Dr concerns and queries timeously and effectively<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Conduct regular Dr visits to ensure continuous engagement with our Drs<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Manage all issues relating to Drs consulting rooms at the hospital&comma; including ensuring that the rooms are well kept&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Maintain an up to date database of practicing Doctors&comma; Physician and Specialist&comma; tracking possible leads&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Requirements<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Relevant Qualification in PR and Marketing<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• 3-years’ experience in marketing and communication in healthcare<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Relevant experience and technical skills to meet critical outputs<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Understanding of the private healthcare industry in South Africa<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Proficiency in MS Office • Proficiency in CANVA Design<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite usage<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Driver’s license<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Competencies<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Collaboration&sol;
